Phil is a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with! He misquoted the price of the storage unit I'm renting (to my advantage) and he honored the price nonetheless. This is unheard of in this day and age. Phil runs an operation that makes you feel like you're in "Mayberry" - meaning that there is such a nice community feel to doing business with Phil. As an example, unbeknownst to me, he recently prepared dinner for my autistic son since my son was asking for chicken. He's a character, the consummate businessman, and his ethics and integrity are unmatched! Thank you Phil!
